Sourdough 101

In this class we will explore the wonderful world of sourdough baking. This class will include everything you need to know to start baking healthy sourdough bread. We will also discuss and sample several discard recipes. The cost of this class is $45, and will include a sourdough starter and sourdough storage jar. Saturday Morning Topiary Workshop with Ken Selody of Atlock Farm

We are so excited to announce we will host two Topiary Workshops with master topiary artist Ken Selody of Atlock Farm. In these workshops you will learn how to grow a topiary from taking a cutting through maintaining the finished product and all the steps in between. The techniques we discuss will be applicable to a wide range of plants for home and garden. Each participant will leave with a fast growing plant well on its way to a finished topiary. If you have good garden snips please bring them. We will have snips available for purchase, all other supplies will be provided. The first class will be at 9:00am, the second class will be at 4:00pm. The cost per person is $50. Class size is limited to 20 people per class. All classes must be pre-paid and are non-refundable. Our Topiary Pop-up Shop will take place in between the two workshops.

Cook the Book: Small Bites

Join us as we explore the cookbook Small Bites! How CTB works, first you purchase the book from us, plus a $5 per person hostess fee. Each participant then picks, makes, and brings a recipe from the book. We enjoy a fantastic spread of food, and then discuss the merits, or lack of merits of the recipes.
